Sports Metaphors is a noise pop trio from Pittsburgh, PA. With a strong commitment to songwriting, the group echos The Beatles, The
Beach Boys, et al.; though the tendency toward noise and guitar shredding sets them apart from traditional pop and pushes them more
towards the My Bloody Valentine/Dinosaur Jr./Sonic Youth end of things. In their short life as a band, they have shared the stage with
such revered acts as Screaming Females, Cloud Nothings, and Hospitality. More than anything, they want you to have a good time
when they play.
